Ticket Customer Service
If you have questions or issues with your ONLINE ticket(s), please visit the ExtremeTix Support Page.
You can also call Extreme Tix Customer Service @ 888-695-0888. They are open 8:00AM - 9:00PM (Central Time) 7 Days a week
and can help you with any customer service, transfer, or printing issues you might have.
Please do NOT email az (at) rochesterairshow.com, after Friday, July 15th for ticket inquires or ticket support.
He'll be on the field without email access.
Your Airshow Questions
Please review the Frequently Asked Questions page on the airshow web site, before leaving for the show. It contains answers to the most common airshow questions. Please review the entire FAQ and Parking Page before emailing the airshow.
Any email or questions sent after 12PM noon on Friday, will be responded to on Monday, July 18th. Airshow staff will be on the field starting Friday with limited to know email access. ONLY write if it is a dire EMERGENCY.
FREE Parking at MCC or RIT
If you use the FREE PARKING at MCC or RIT, it costs $2.00 CASH, per person, for round trip shuttle bus service.
There are no ATMs at the shuttle bus lots and credit cards are NOT accepted for shuttle bus service.
Please have $2.00 cash for each person in your party.

Airshow Entrances
You can enter the airshow at either the MCC or RIT gate entrances.
Note the gate you entered, it will also be your exit gate.
Stay to the RIGHT side of each gate for ticket scanning lane.
Please DO NOT FORGET YOUR TICKET!
Have government issued photo ID available.
